Questions/Thoughts
First, this story is totally unbelievable—just the claim that he would be reading his Bible in the tub is nothing but virtue-signaling.
Second, how does he know this was Jesus and not Satan? (2 Cor. 11:14).
Third, he says Jesus is “supposed to” show up when you pray. Please show me this from Scripture.
Fourth, Vallotton is well known for his false teachings, so why would Jesus select him to be a prophet?
Fifth, Hebrews 1:1-2 says, “Long ago God spoke to the fathers by the prophets at different times and in different ways. In these last days, He has spoken to us by [His] Son, whom He appointed heir of all things and through whom He made the universe.” Ephesians 2:20 says that the Church is “built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the cornerstone.” So has God changed his mind and now needs prophets again? Is Jesus no longer good enough, the Scripture no longer good enough? Is Jesus now building a new foundation?
The PFO Journal article has an excellent exposure of the many false teachings of Kris Vallotton. Near the end of the article, Kurt Goedelman makes the following observation:
[T]he prophetic ministry and teachings of Vallotton are dangerous and aberrant. He opens his students and practitioners to confusion, chaos, deception, disappointment, mysticism, subjectivism, and perhaps even worse. He entices his flock to believe myths and engage in unbiblical practices. He presents a loose template in defining prophets and prophecy and lacks sound biblical interpretations. Apart from the written Word of God, God isn’t telling Vallotton anything. What he is telling his students that God has told him is merely Vallotton speaking from his own heart and imagination.

I find it odd, Glen, yet totally predictable according to Jesus' teachings, that the "signs and wonders" crowd look down on the rest of us "poor believers with no prophetic sense," verbally labeling us as "baby Christians," "not quite "there yet" Christians, spiritual "babies," and "backslidden Christians," for not following "their spiritual gurus."
These labels (several of which have been spoken to my face), are meant to insult, denigrate, destroy, and kill the faith that was once and for all, delivered to the saints.....of which I am a part of the Body of Christ. Not only is this meant to destroy our faith in Christ alone for salvation, truthfully spoken here, I also believe this manipulation and indoctrination of twisting the Holy Scriptures, is by design, for those individuals who seek followers after themselves. Perhaps Diotrephes is still roaming this earth, seeking to be the mediator between our Father and mankind.
And when I point out the false theology by these charlatans, using the Name of our LORD in vain for their own personal gain, then the snake fangs are shown on these religious wingnuts' faces, for they do not appreciate disagreement. These signs and wonders church members desire to be heard, to be revered, to be held in awe of us, to be worshiped in place of Christ.
And also, when proven wrong, according to the very Word of God, they turn around and blame satan for their wicked ways, thus, taking no personal responsibility for their sins. And no repentance takes place within their hearts, but instead, they latch on to a new and improved (a more smooth, suave, charismatic/charming) personality, pushing their religious/money making agenda.
It is a never ending cycle of sin....whose center is man/woman worship, instead of humbly submitting and worshiping Jesus. I find it odd, how these broods of vipers call out our "sins" so to speak, all the while their hearts, minds, and souls are worshiping "another jesus".....perhaps the "jesus of their own personal self."
I would rather be called a "baby Christian," than bow down to the golden calf of the "prophetic sharks!"

I actually had a similar experience, though. I was reading a Garfield comics collection in the shower and my plumber, Jesus Montoya, busted through the wall while fixing the pipe that leads to the toilet. Water started spewing everywhere and the floor was flooded. Jesus Montoya told me to go out into the world and call the rest of his crew in to help him clean up the flooded tile floor. So you see, I was also commissioned by Jesus to go into the world and to be a voice of cleansing.

"Signs and wonders" through a Garfield comics collection? This is hilarious! It's like attending a Todd Bentley "revival" camp fire meeting and receiving a hard, swift kick from his healing biker boot; all because an unholy spirit told him violence/assaults would heal the sick of their ailments.
And no so called Christian (?) calls the proper authorities to have him arrested for criminal assault.
"a voice of cleansing".....these "voices" are alive and well within our lying signs and wonders "churches," ie., "cults."
