Israel vs “Palestine”

Yes, this is sort of an unusual post for this blog but the history of Christianity is part of the history of Israel in the New Testament. Therefore, we should have an answer for those who decry Israel today as “colonizers” who need to be eradicated. I believe God still has a special place in history for Israel. I do NOT believe in the “replacement” theory or that God no longer cares about Israel. For this reason I want to share accurate information about Israel and the claims of the so-called “Palestinians. (I have read several books with essentially the same information, so this is not new to me.)

In 1858 the Ottoman Empire, which owned all the land in what was then known as Palestine (encompassing both Israel and Jordan), amended its land laws to prohibit the ownership and inheritance of land in Palestine by Arabs. Jews bought the land from Turkish elite, who promptly registered the land in their own names when Arabs failed to claim rights in 1858 (as the Empire knew they would). 

At the time the Ottoman Empire lost the land in 1918 and the British were appointed to manage Mandatory Palestine, no Arab owned land there. When the Mandate terminated and the land was divided, Israel was formed as a Jewish state and Jordan was formed from the Hashemite Kingdom of Trans-Jordan. No Arab owned land in Israel at that time, and no Arab accepted the land offered under the Mandate except for the Hashemites. Arabs had no land rights in Palestine after 1858 and accepted no land rights thereafter. Hence, Arab "Palestinians" did not own land in Palestine and did not own land in Israel that they can claim today.

 Although Arabs blame Jews for stealing their land, it was actually non-Arab Turks who undermined Arabs, not Jews. I learned this information from an Arab historian, who said the amendment of Turkish land laws inflamed existing Arab animosity toward Jews. Rather than admit that Turks excluded Arabs from land ownership in Palestine, about which they could nothing, they blame Jews in order to convince the world that they have rights to the land because they have no other way to obtain and dominate it (dominate being the salient word).

Every American (and citizens of other countries) should KNOW this information so as not to be deceived by the politicians and LEFTISTS.

It's Islam, Stupid!

The apologetics field includes exposing false belief systems. Islam is likely THE most dangerous and demonic of all religious/political systems and yet nations—including the USA—keep allowing these people in their countries while politicians pander to them (and help to finance them!). This single article is one of the best I’ve found exposing the behaviors and ideology of Islam.

Freedom for all Muslim?

FrontPageMag.com, 5/18/21, “Biden: ‘We Will Speak Out for Religious Freedom for All [Muslim] People’”]: In a world where religious persecution runs rampant, President Joe Biden has come out and forcefully condemned it. On May 16, he issued a brief video from the White House. Standing by the first lady, he said: “This administration will speak out for religious freedom for all people, including Uighurs in China and Rohingya in Burma. We also believe Palestinians and Israelis equally deserve to live in safety and security and enjoy equal measures of freedom, prosperity, and democracy.  My administration is going to continue to engage Palestinians and Israelis and other regional partners to work toward sustained calm.”

Biden always emphasizes the word “all”—as in “All people should be able to practice their faith with dignity”;....“this administration will speak out for religious freedom for all people.”

And yet, as the speech develops...it becomes clear who these “all” are: Muslims. Indeed, to anyone listening to the president who doesn’t know any better, it would seem that Muslims are being persecuted by non-Muslims—Israelis, Burmese, and Chinese—in an unprecedented manner.  Once again, and as usual, the opposite is closer to reality.

A study published in January 2021 found, for example, that 13 Christians are killed for their faith every day around the world; 12 are illegally arrested or imprisoned; 5 are abducted, and 12 churches or other Christian buildings are attacked daily. Overall, 340 million Christians “suffer very high or extreme levels” of persecution—meaning they are harassed, beaten, raped, imprisoned, and/or slaughtered on sight.

The study also relayed another interesting fact: of the 50 worst persecuting nations, 39 were Muslim—meaning that nearly 80 percent of the persecution that hundreds of millions of Christians around the world experience is being committee by Muslims.

Islam

I have discovered that the vast majority of people in the world have no real understanding of Islam (except for the Muslims themselves), thinking that for the most part they are just another religion with some “radicals” who are abusing the religion to commit terrorism.

The truth is that Islam has always been about terrorism, with the goal of conquering the world for Islam. The so-called “radicals” are the true face of Islam. Muslim doctrine says they are to pretend to be peaceful until they are in a position of power and then they will begin jihad.  If you have any doubts as to the true face of Islam, just take a look at Europe since they have let Muslim “refugees” invade.

I have studied Islam ever since “9/11,” and the books noted below are what I have read and that are still on my bookshelf (others I’ve read I have passed on).

A good source for keeping up-to-date with Muslim attacks around the world is the “Geller Report,” by Pamela Geller. Go to the very bottom of the page (past all the advertisements, etc) and subscribe to the email daily news letter.

I’ve read the Qur’an and found it to be one scary book of doctrines of murder and rape, etc. It’s difficult reading because it is not in chronological order. If you are interested in the book, I’d recommend reading about it instead so that you can easily understand it. I recommend the following:
