If you have the power to "authorize" anything, then the authority lies with you, not the agents. That's what charlatans like Bethel's false prophet, Kris Vallotton believe - they are in control of what takes place on the earth. It's fair to say that they have taken the little god heresy to the next level - little (human) gods that reign over the one true God.
