We who preach the gospel must not think of ourselves as public relations agents sent to establish good will between Christ and the world. We must not imagine ourselves commissioned to make Christ acceptable to big business, the press, the world of sports or modern education. We are not diplomats but prophets, and our message is not a compromise but an ultimatum. A.W. Tozer
Therefore let God-inspired Scripture decide between us; and on whichever side be found doctrines in harmony with the word of God, in favor of that side will be cast the vote of truth. --Basil of Caesarea
Once you learn to discern, there's no going back. You will begin to spot the lie everywhere it appears.

I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who has strengthened me, because He considered me faithful, putting me into service. 1 Timothy 1:12

Martha...not my real name due to religious abuse said...

I am thankful to be alive and following my Lord and Savior Jesus, outside of the visible religious system that masquerades as a dim light; my husband's personal library consists of JM books. These were given to him by his dysfunctional, divorced sister who is a product of fatherly and motherly abuse within their religious, yet unchrist-like 501c.3 church. Marital rape and suspected incest is a legal issue here, thus the hatred of women, which fuels and drives the submission issue.

Question: Why does sexual hatred of women, perversion of every kind against women, rape/killing of the woman's soul exist and is protected by the wolves in sheep's clothing that prescribes themselves as the leadership paradigm?

Why is sexual perversion more prevalent in churches such as JM's, and the cover-ups that worship the man over woman concept, rather than inhouse fellowships that I attend per the Book of Acts?

MARTHA,
Not all of the "visible religious system" is false, corrupt, etc. I know of may solid assemblies and my wife and I are members of one.

Problems such as you note in your first paragraph have nothing to do with "JM books," or JM's teachings. Biblical submission of the wife to the husband has nothing to do with things you charge it with. Just because there are people who abuse a teaching, that doesn't make the teaching false.

Your second paragraph--question-only addresses false churches/teachers. They do these sorts of things becasue they are sinful men.

Your last paragraphe/question is just as assertion by you. And unless you have proof of your charges against JM's church, you need to not be spreading gossip.
