A commenter on my post about the spiritual junk food song, “Beautiful One,” pointed me to the song, “Let My Words Be Few.” I finally got a chance to look this one up, and am so glad I’ve never had to experience it in person! Talk about a “Jesus is my boyfriend” song.

Hahaha! I heard a bad song on Christian radio tonight then this song came to mind as an iconically bad one, and I specifically thought, "Jesus is still not my boyfriend."

This song would annoy me as a woman, but I just realized how much worse it would be for the MEN! I think you guys have it worse than us gals when it comes to this, ahem, 'genre' of music.
