I live just NW of Iowa City - it takes me only 20 minutes to get downtown. It is one of the most LEFTIST cities in the USA and the University of Iowa with its LEFTIST professors is in the heart of town. We had a weekly street ministry there for 11 years and encountered much of the horrors of LEFTIST ideology. But just when you think you’ve heard it all you get shocked with what is taught at the First Presbyterian Church of Iowa City. I guess it being a PCUSA assembly I shouldn’t really be surprised.

Francis Chan only continues to get worse with each passing day. I wonder whether God has handed him over to a reprobate mind.
Francis is one of the few popular Christians who actually admits when he is wrong and says, "I don't know.." more than most. He's cut from a different cloth. I don’t agree with him on multiple things, but he’s always open to the fact that he can be wrong and I can definitely learn from that. The more I learn about his life and attitude about ministry, constantly questioning whether what he's doing is bringing glory to God, the deeper my respect for him grows. Incredibly genuine and humble man.
