I have been reading some excellent articles this past couple weeks, which I think need to be promoted; they have information which I believe is necessary for Christians to know for defending the Faith. So, here are the links:

Um...I do not think the author of the article on John 7-8 is saying that it doesn't belong in the canon. You might want to reword your link above.

The answer to both is, "NO," the KJV Only position is NOT correct that both those are in the original.
Well, it seemed at leat to me that the author believed John 7:52-8:11 to still be inpired Scripture.

ReplyDeleteRegarding the article on cussing.....interesting the author penned John Piper as the go to theologian regarding speech. Some of the most bizarre words coming out the mouth of Piper are as equally sinful as cussing. I believe we need to be quoting more of Jesus' words rather than man's words, with regards to our faith in this day and age.
Too much quoting men and women, not enough quoting Jesus, the Christ, within the 501c. 3.

I know you might want to hear this, but I want to express one more thing, just a personal opinion. I respectfully disagree with you, Glenn. That person does not have a clue what he/she is talking about. That person is a quack theologian. The blogger needs to be re-indoctrinated by an Independent Baptist preacher. I believe that the KJV is God's inspired Word to mankind, and will continiue to be salt and light. See ya'!
