Random Things for Instruction and Edification

Most of what I read on the Internet in regards to Christianity is about apologetics and keeping up with the news in that realm.  So it takes longer for me to come across articles which are of things which don’t fit in with my normal warnings against, and exposures of, false teachings and cults.  This is a collection from the past few weeks, and I hope you find these articles worthwhile.

I found this Portrait of a Hypocrite to be quite interesting.

An excellent study on what “The Image of God” means.

Elizabeth Prata has an outstanding analogy you’ll want to remember.

John MacArthur has a great commentary about Mary, the mother of Jesus; Who She Was (And Wasn’t).

Why is the subject of sex so important to Christians?

“Should You Judge Others?

And lastly, here is a blog I follow just for the news, and have never commented on, but it is a great on for keeping up with what is happening with the Jews and Israel in today’s world.  I just thought it was about time to recommend it!

Now if only today's worship leaders would listen...
